My husband and I had a wonderful two-night stay at Casa Bouchon and loved every minute of our time there! The casa is quite old, but beautifully maintained and the rooms are extremely well-appointed and comfortable. The meals, served in the dining room, are excellent and very leisurely and the Manager, Francesco Canepa, is delightful ... very informative, gives a fabulous wine tour and tasting and does everything he can to ensure that the guests feel welcomed and well cared for! One of our best Chile experiences ever!!!
